Who we are

Exercise data
Your profile (optional name, age range, level, goal, daily time), settings, results and levels are stored only on your device, in your browser’s storage. We don’t create accounts and we don’t receive this data. You can delete it at any time from Profile with “Delete all data”.
Hosting
The site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., which processes data such as IP address and browser type for technical and security purposes, only for as long as necessary.
Advertising
The free version shows ads served by Google AdSense (Google Ireland Ltd.). Google and its partners may use cookies and identifiers to serve and measure ads, and to personalise them only if you consent through the message shown on your first visit. You can change your choice at any time from the privacy preferences link in that message. More information: how Google uses information from partner sites.
Premium subscription
Premium removes ads and forced breaks. The monthly (€2.99) and yearly (€19.99) plans renew automatically until you cancel; you can cancel at any time from the customer portal and Premium stays active until the end of the paid period. Payments are handled by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd., which processes your email and payment details under its own privacy policy; we only receive your email and subscription status, used to activate and restore Premium.
Right of withdrawal
You have 14 days from subscribing to withdraw and get a refund: email info@albindapp.com with the email address you paid with.
Legal bases and retention
We process subscribers’ email to perform the contract and keep it for the duration of the subscription and the legally required tax periods. Personalised advertising is based on your consent; technical hosting data on our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure.
International transfers
Google, Stripe and Cloudflare may process data outside the European Economic Area with GDPR safeguards (EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses).
Children
Albind is suitable for all ages. Children under 14 may use it but should not consent to personalised advertising without a parent or guardian.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing by emailing info@albindapp.com. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

Albind offers brain training exercises for wellbeing and leisure. It is not a medical device and does not replace advice from a health professional.
