Every exercise has dozens of levels. Albind starts at a difficulty that suits your age and level, then updates it after every round: it goes up when you do well and down when you struggle. At first it moves in big steps, then in small ones, so you settle at your best and keep improving.
Tips
- Do it at the same time every day: it becomes an easy habit to keep.
- Pair it with a glass of water and a few slow breaths.
- Pick the exercises in your routine from Profile, from 2 to 4.
